Key Responsibilities

Perform general construction labor tasks including site cleanup, loading/unloading materials, and assisting trades as needed
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Support project teams in maintaining clean, organized, and safe job sites
Follow all company and OSHA safety standards

Qualifications

Experience in general construction or a related field
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in diverse weather conditions
OSHA-30 certification required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Certifications in forklift operation, fall protection, aerial lift, scissor lift, and First Aid/CPR are highly preferred
