Novak Construction Company is seeking experienced Traveling Superintendents to lead large-scale commercial retail remodels and ground-up projects for major national clients.

Key Responsibilities
Lead all on-site construction activities
Manage large crews (100+ personnel) and subcontractors
Create and maintain project schedules
Ensure OSHA safety compliance and jobsite standards
Monitor quality, progress, and budgets
Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders
Conduct site inspections and resolve issues
Qualifications
10+ years of construction supervision experience
5+ years managing large commercial/industrial projects
Experience with big-box retail projects
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to travel nationally
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Experience with ProCore, Bluebeam, AutoDesk, or similar software
OSHA 30+ certification strongly preferred
