Position Overview
Novak Construction is seeking skilled and dependable Carpenters to join our project teams. This position involves working at designated construction sites across the U.S., performing a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finish work. Candidates must be willing to travel and remain onsite for the duration of each project.

Position Overview
Novak Construction is seeking skilled and dependable Carpenters to join our project teams. This position involves working at designated construction sites across the U.S., performing a variety of carpentry tasks including framing, installation, and finish work. Candidates must be willing to travel and remain onsite for the duration of each project.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry work, including framing, drywall, doors, windows, trim, and casework installation
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to complete assigned tasks accurately
- Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project requirements
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Maintain a safe work area in compliance with company and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with others to ensure high-quality work and timely project completion
- Work onsite for the full duration of assigned projects
- Minimum of 3 years of carpentry experience in commercial or industrial construction
- Willingness to travel and stay at project sites for extended periods
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
- OSHA-30 certification required
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
